A typical PC is the heart of our business and consists of a warehouse, counter, sales office, and (sometimes) a showroom. PCs conduct business under unique trade names and offer a customized approach that honors what is special about each local marketplace.

Pay for Warehouse Teammate is $15 per hour at this location.

• Be responsible for counting, verifying, and receiving incoming vendor shipments and customer return material.
• Stock and maintain the warehouse, and pick, document, and pack customer orders in accordance with company policy and procedure.
• Act with high attention to detail to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle all shipping discrepancies per procedures or forward appropriate paperwork to designated employee to handle.
• Identify non‑stock, special‑order material, and damaged material and store in proper warehouse locations.
• Complete necessary documentation for customer shipments delivered via third‑party carrier.
• Load and unload trucks, operate warehouse forklift and other material handling equipment safely.
• Inform immediate supervisor of stock depletions, count discrepancies, or damaged/defective/non‑saleable merchandise that could impact customer service levels.
• Ensure security and controls are in place and upheld to protect Profit Center assets.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, and safety; remove empty cartons, metal bands, pallets, and other debris. Inform immediate supervisor of safety issues.
• Assist co‑workers in servicing customers.
• Perform all job functions in accordance with the company’s Safety Standards.
• Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.
• Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.

• 1 year of warehouse receiving and material handling experience.
• Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center preferred.

• You may occasionally be required to deliver materials.

• Possess outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Be able to quickly develop comprehensive knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center.
• Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Be able to build and maintain a positive working relationship with customers, vendors, and co‑workers.
• Know how to apply and practice safety precautions in a warehouse and material handling environment.
• Be able to learn to safely operate a forklift and other material handling equipment in use at the Profit Center.
• Be able to learn and operate the computer‑related systems used for warehouse operations.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
