Parts & Warehouse Supervisor

The Parts and Warehouse Supervisor will effectively manage all central warehouse functions on a daily basis to operate a clean, efficient, safe and secure parts warehouse.

Pay Type Full Time, Permanent

Compensation $59.025.00 to $73,782.50 The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available.

• Monitors and control day-to-day operations, incoming and outgoing stock order process and annual inventory counts
• Conduct regular inspections for all lift trucks and parts delivery vehicles and ensure they are properly maintained
• Plan for and/or build business case for capital expenditures
• Plan, hire and assign resources to meet demands of the parts department
• Address concerns of internal and external customers and resolves problems effectively
• Assist in day-to-day operations when necessary (picking, packing, shipping, receiving)

• College Diploma in Business combined with 5 – 7 years’ experience with a minimum 3 years’ supervisor experience
• Strong inventory management skills
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver’s License and good driving record
• Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
• Knowledge of recognized Health and Safety best practices
• Knowledge of Transportation and Logistics
