Role Description The Warehouse Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Gilboa, WV. This position is responsible for receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming materials and parts used in mining equipment remanufacturing and repair. The role includes accurately picking and staging inventory for production, performing regular stock counts, and maintaining clean, safe, and orderly warehouse areas. The Warehouse Associate will prepare items for shipment, assist with loading and unloading trucks, and update inventory records in coordination with office and shop teams.
This role works closely with mechanics, fabricators, and supervisors to ensure that materials are available when needed and that warehouse operations support efficient, high-quality service to customers.
Qualifications
- Experience with basic warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, and shipping.
- Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hoists (or willingness to be trained and certified).
- Competence in basic math and inventory tracking, with attention to detail and accuracy in counts and documentation.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely, stand for extended periods, and work in an industrial warehouse environment.
- Strong reliability, time management, and ability to follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with shop, office, and management staff.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, or mining-related warehousing is a plus.
- Commitment to safe work practices and willingness to learn company-specific processes and equipment.
