Warehouse Loaders / Dock Workers

United Talent Staffing is hiring loaders / dock workers for an immediate full-time opportunity in the New Martinsville, WV area! We're looking for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. If you're safety-minded, reliable, and ready to work, we'd love to hear from you.

• Load and unload windows, doors, and building materials from trucks.
• Wrap and prepare products for shipment.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment (training provided as applicable).
• Verify orders and ensure shipments are accurate.
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• $13.00 per hour
• Monday–Thursday – Afternoon shift (noon start time)
• Occasional Friday shifts based on production needs
• Overtime required as needed to meet production demands

• Ability to stand and work for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to push and pull loaded carts.
• Must be able to accurately read a tape measure.
• Must be able to read small print and follow written instructions.
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
• Must be dependable with good attendance.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Closed-toe shoes are required.
• Must successfully complete a background check and drug screen. (Previous convictions do not automatically disqualify applicants.)

• Weekly pay (Direct Deposit or Paycard)

• Employee Referral Bonus: $40 after your referral works 40 hours, $125 after your referral works 100 hours
• Retention Bonus:
  Earn $100 after 30 days and an additional $100 after 60 days.
