We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Yard Associate to support daily operations in our outdoor yard environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining an organized work area, and can safely handle materials, equipment, and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Load and unload materials, products, and equipment.
- Organize and maintain yard inventory and storage areas.
- Assist customers with locating and loading merchandise.
- Operate forklifts and other equipment safely (training provided if applicable).
- Keep the yard clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and report maintenance issues.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Support warehouse and delivery teams as needed.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous yard, warehouse, construction, or labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
