Overview
We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to support the accounting department for a manufacturing client located in the Warwick, RI area. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the department.
Responsibilities- Maintain and update financial records, including AP/AR, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
- Process and record financial transactions accurately
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist in audits, month‑end and year‑end closings
Contract position with the potential for hire. On‑site. Salary $45,000–$55,000 per year, depending on experience.
