A well-established CPA firm with a strong national presence is seeking an Audit & Accounting / Tax Senior-Supervisor to join its growing team. This role offers meaningful client exposure, engaging work, and a culture that values flexibility and balance-especially outside of busy season.

Audit & Accounting / Tax Senior-Supervisor

Onsite in Kent County, RI

• Collaborative team with high-quality, engaging client work
• National client base (50%+ of clients located outside New England)
• Exposure to real estate, governmental, tax-exempt, and small business clients
• Balanced mix of audit, accounting, and some tax work
• Busy season expectation of ~52 hours/week (January-April)
• 7 Fridays off starting July 1st to offset busy season workload

• 3-6 years of public accounting experience (audit, accounting, and tax)
• Audit exposure to real estate, governmental, tax-exempt, and small business clients
• Experience preparing or reviewing tax returns (1065, 1120S, 1120; some 1040s)
• CPA candidate preferred (passed some exams or actively pursuing)
• Proficiency with Quick Books, Ultra Tax, and Microsoft Office
