Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team on a long-term contract basis in West Warwick, Rhode Island. This position requires a proactive individual who excels in administrative coordination and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As an essential part of the team, you will play a key role in supporting client requests, managing data accuracy, and ensuring seamless communication between departments.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and organize presentation materials, including sample preparation and creating client presentation books.

- Address daily client requests promptly, ensuring all inquiries are handled efficiently and accurately.

- Complete vendor setup forms and client-specific order forms with precision.

- Coordinate pre-production and production sample tracking, approvals, and client communication.

- Maintain accurate records by inputting data into client systems, spreadsheets, and internal databases.

- Monitor incoming orders, verify their accuracy, and notify the distribution center of shipment details.

- Collaborate with expeditors and sales teams to review order statuses and address any issues.

- Design visually appealing presentations and display boards using PowerPoint and other tools.

- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail.

- Communicate effectively across departments to ensure information flow and resolve order-related concerns. Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage high-pressure situations.

- Familiarity with creating presentations and display boards, with a keen eye for design and detail.

- Experience with CRM systems, calendar management, and handling purchase orders.

- Ability to navigate spreadsheets confidently and learn formulas through training.

- Solid data entry skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in records and communications.

- Prior experience in administrative or sales support roles is highly desirable. Talent Match®
