We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our extrusion die sales team, expand market presence, and strengthen customer partnerships. This role is ideal for a sales leader who thrives in a technical, solutions-driven environment and is eager to take ownership of sales strategy, marketing, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead and motivate the extrusion die sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Sales Strategy & Business Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow revenue, penetrate new markets and capture market share.
  • Sales Strategy & Business Development (continued): Identify and pursue emerging business opportunities with key stakeholders while nurturing long-term customer relationships.
  • Sales Strategy & Business Development (continued): Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and pricing strategy reviews.
  • Customer Relations & Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
  • Customer Relations & Account Management (continued): Collaborates with engineering and production teams to deliver tailored technical solutions.
  • Customer Relations & Account Management (continued): Manage customer inquiries and resolve customer issues efficiently and proactively to maintain trust and loyalty.
  • Customer Relations & Account Management (continued): Manage our network of independent sales representatives.
  • Quoting, Orders, and Contract Negotiation: Oversee creation of accurate and competitive quotes that align with company profitability goals.
  • Quoting, Orders, and Contract Negotiation (continued): Manage customer orders from initiation through delivery, ensuring seamless internal coordination.
  • Lead contract negotiations
    , including complex supply agreements, pricing structures, and intellectual property considerations.
  • Negotiate and manage licensing deals for proprietary technologies, ensuring fair and strategic partnerships that align with company growth objectives.
  • Marketing & Brand Development: Lead marketing initiatives including trade shows, digital campaigns, and promotional content.
  • Marketing & Brand Development (continued): Collaborate with leadership to enhance brand visibility and position the company as an industry innovator.
  • Marketing & Brand Development (continued): Monitor marketing ROI and adjust strategies to maximize impact.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales management (manufacturing or tooling industry preferred; extrusion die experience a strong plus).
  • Demonstrated success in contract negotiation and licensing agreements involving intellectual property or technical solutions.
  • Strong background in sales strategy development, quoting, and order management
    .
  • Strong strategic thinking, excellent leadership, communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • This role requires occasional travel to customer sites and industry events.
