The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial management, including cost control, financial analysis, and reporting for engineering projects.

Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of financial management, including cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting.Analyze project costs and provide detailed financial reports to management.Work closely with project managers to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.Provide financial advice and guidance to project managers and other stakeholders.Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.Qualifications
BA in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MA or CPA preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in engineering or construction.Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysis.Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.Strong communication skills, able to explain complex financial information to non‑financial stakeholders.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Detail‑oriented, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.Commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
