• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Rhode Island
• Experience delivering services in school settings
• Background in home health, pediatric, or healthcare-based OT preferred
• Strong understanding of IEPs, evaluations, and goal-setting for students
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with various needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support students’ functional and academic goals
• Implement therapy sessions using evidence-based strategies to improve motor skills, adaptive behavior, and participation
• Maintain thorough documentation tracking progress and meeting compliance standards
• Provide consultative support to educational staff regarding accommodations and modifications
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development
