HR Generalist / Talent Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Human Resources Business Partner position located in West Warwick, Rhode Island. Full‑time onsite opportunity at an established manufacturing organization committed to operational excellence, employee development, and continuous improvement.
POSITION OVERVIEWThis role serves as a strategic partner to manufacturing leadership and supports day‑to‑day HR operations in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. The Human Resources Business Partner will drive employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, compliance, and process improvement initiatives to support business growth.

- Partner with managers and leadership to support employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, organizational development, and change initiatives.
- Oversee leave administration, workers' compensation coordination, HR compliance, and employee support related to federal and state employment programs.
- Develop and improve HR processes, documentation, reporting, and systems to create scalable and efficient HR operations.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, training programs, leadership development, and communication efforts that strengthen organizational culture.
- Maintain HR records, employment transactions, HRIS data integrity, and workforce reporting while providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects focused on continuous improvement, process standardization, and organizational effectiveness.
- Experience supporting HR functions within a manufacturing, industrial, or operations-focused environment.
- Knowledge of employee relations, leave administration, performance management, HR compliance, and HR best practices.
- Ability to build strong partnerships with leaders while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience using HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office, with strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Bilingual Spanish and experience with ADP Workforce Now or professional HR certifications are welcomed but not required.
This position offers a competitive annual salary of $80,000–$90,000
