Junior to Mid-Level Staffing Recruiter

$25.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities of the Staffing Recruiter:

• Locate qualified job seekers that best match the Green Kiss temporary and direct hire division workforce needs
• Work closely with sales division relative to marketing candidates
• Continuous monitoring and improvement of recruiting resources
• Significant marketing of applicants through intensive job searching via internet recruiting
• Posting jobs on various job boards, local colleges, and career centers
• Attend/participate in open houses/job fairs/networking events
• Complete regular marketing strategies per the directive of the marketing team
• Resume searching using a variety of search engines
• Pre-screen, submit, and arrange candidate interviews
• Check references and employee verification, as needed
• Counsel temporary employees on job performance, as needed
• Mentor/counsel entry-level peers

Requirements of the Staffing Recruiter:

• Bilingual english/spanish is (a must)
• Must have at least two (2) years of hiring/recruiting experience
• Must be reliable; (no attendance issues please!)
• Must have a reliable means of transportation to accommodate scheduled job fair
• Must have experience recruiting for manufacturing/production roles
• Customer service and time management skills
• Must be familiar with MS Outlook and Word
• Familiarity with Avionte Staffing Software a plus
• Must have strong computer skills; familiarity with online recruiting resources
• Familiarity with unemployment claims, E-verify and Form I9 regulations (a plus)
