Job Summary

• Support faculty in utilizing instructional technology as part of the Teaching and Learning Services (TLS) team.
• Maintain and manage educational technology tools and resources for effective faculty and student use.
• Serve as a primary contact for end-users (faculty, staff, etc.) regarding instructional technology inquiries and issues.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve problems related to instructional technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Develop and deliver training materials, such as videos, guides, and web content, to support professional development.
• Host both in-person and virtual support and training sessions for end-users.
• Efficiently manage and resolve support tickets and requests.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility laws and integrate accessibility into technology tools and training.
• Collaborate with ITS team members and other departments to assess user needs and deliver comprehensive support.
• Assist with project tasks, ensuring completion within scope, schedule, and budget constraints under supervision.
• Update and make minor edits to Word Press websites.
• Create promotional and informational materials using Adobe products (e.g., fliers, adverts).
• Communicate effectively and clearly with diverse university stakeholders.
• Adapt to rapidly changing technology and shifting priorities.
• Work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Perform other related duties as required in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
