Shipping & Receiving Coordinator - West Warwick, RI

Join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator. The primary role is to administer and transact shipping and receiving documents in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring material and products are monitored and accounted for. The coordinator manages routing of shipments and carrier selection to guarantee on‑time arrivals, provides outstanding customer service, and resolves shipping issues.

• Prepare bills of lading, packing slips and shipping labels.
• Interact with sales and customers to resolve shipping issues.
• Process and check incoming paperwork for errors.
• Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading trucks.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety procedures are followed.
• Assist scheduling manager with scheduling requirements to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Enter purchase order receipts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

High School/GED

• Basic Microsoft Office and MRP
  11 systems experience.
• Knowledge of UPS, Fed Ex, and related shipping processes.
• Self‑motivated, self‑directed, strong work ethic.
• 1 year of related experience.
• Forklift experience.

Shift: 1st Shift – 7 AM to 3 PM
Pay:
Minimum $20 per hour, depending on skills and experience
