In this role, you will be working as a Production Supervisor for a client that works in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for planning and managing plant operations including manufacturing, stamping and tool room functions.

This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.

Pay; $80,000-$90,000/Yr. depending on experience

• Bachelors Degree (MBA preferred)
• 7+ years of experience
• Plan, manage and coordinate production operations to ensure projects are completed on time
• Project labor and facility requirements based on sales forecasts
• Manage coordination of daily production requirements such as staffing, machinery and product to be shipped
• Manage a team
• Promote safety and quality standards
• Interact with internal departments, vendors, customers etc.
• Plan and establish work assignments
• Help with strategic business planning
