Continuum Hospice is seeking a Full Time Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our compassionate team, providing hands‑on care that brings comfort and dignity to patients at the end of life.
ScheduleMonday – Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm with weekend rotation.
Coverage AreaWoonsocket and Pascoag.

- Provide personalized care by following the plan of care to ensure patient comfort and well‑being.
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, oral hygiene, changing bedding, clothing, and shampooing.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding patient satisfaction expectations.
- Support families by sharing knowledge and expertise, guiding them in caring for their terminally ill loved ones.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Current, unencumbered CNA certificate in the state.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a CNA in an acute care or long‑term care setting (hospice experience is a plus).
- Current CPR certification if state mandated.
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and dependable transportation.
$21.00 – $22.00 per hour (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed is a general guideline and is not a fixed offer. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and responsibilities of the position. The exact rate will be discussed and confirmed after the interview process.
