Make Every Moment Matter as a Hospice Aide (CNA)! Are you a caring and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact? Continuum Hospice is seeking a Full Time Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our compassionate team, providing hands‑on care that brings comfort and dignity to patients at the end of life. Working closely with our nursing team, you’ll ensure each patient’s physical, emotional, and personal needs are met with respect, empathy, and professionalism.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm and Weekend Rotation
Coverage Area:
Woonsocket and Pascoag

- Provide personalized care: follow the care plan to ensure comfort and well‑being; attend promptly to patient and family requests with compassion.
- Assist with personal care: support patients with bathing, oral hygiene, changing bedding, clothing, and shampooing.
- Deliver exceptional customer service: go above and beyond to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Provide support for families: share knowledge and expertise, guide and support them in caring for terminally ill loved ones.
- Maintain accurate documentation: record all details to meet home and regulatory standards.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Current, unencumbered CNA certificate in the state.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a CNA in acute care or long‑term care; hospice experience is a plus.
- Current CPR certification if state‑mandated.
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
Salary: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour (Average Pay Range). The pay range is a guideline; final compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications and confirmed at the interview conclusion.
