Store Manager (Banter by Piercing Pagoda)

We are looking for dynamic, driven and creative individuals to join our team as a Store Manager and have a positive impact on many lives. The role focuses on achieving sales and profit projections, creating a customer‑satisfying environment, training staff, recruiting staff and managing the P&L.

• Maintain daily focus on individual and team members’ standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members.
• Achieve profit margin goals by managing the P&L.
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties.

• At least one year of retail management experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

• Base pay plus commission on sales.
