Inside Relationship Representative – CCI Management Level Individual Contributor.
Location:
Must work at a specified Cox location; no remote option.
Compensation:
Hourly pay $19.13–$28.65 (varies by location and experience) with an annual incentive/commission target of $31,174.00.

ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with small‑to‑medium business customers, focusing on retention and upsell opportunities.
- Answer customer disconnect calls and resolve issues with creative solutions and attractive offers.
- Handle customer billing inquiries to create a best‑in‑class experience.
- Identify and drive additional revenue opportunities, exploring upsell options tailored to customer needs.
- Make outbound calls about referral programs, new products, enhanced packages, or service renewals.
- Contact customers 3–6 months prior to contract expiration to secure renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing, products, promotions, and terms; perform fee calculations, time periods, pro‑ratios, and competitive comparisons.
- Troubleshoot and resolve service, pricing or technical issues; ensure customers feel heard and supported.
- Collaborate with sales support to find solutions and resolve installation or service challenges.
- Educate customers on maximizing Cox Business products and services.
- Manage sales orders with sales support and provide customer insights to marketing.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience, OR a high school diploma/GED with 3 years of experience, OR an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proficiency with computers and common business software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or technical certifications in a related discipline.
- B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
- Background in revenue generation or customer retention roles.
- Experience in the communications industry or with a major communications equipment vendor.
