Compensation includes a base salary of $30,200.00 - $45,400.00 and an annual incentive/commission target of $37,368.00.
What You’ll DoAs a Territory Sales Representative, you’ll generate new leads, sales, and upgrades. This involves becoming proficient in sales prospecting, referrals, partner relationships, and door to door canvassing within an assigned territory. You will design and deliver face‑to‑face sales presentations, assess residential customers’ needs, and close the sale.
- Build relationships with homeowner associations, multi‑dwelling unit managers, leasing agents, and other key contacts to generate sales.
- Assist in training new hires, collaborate with other departments, and partner with leadership to identify new growth opportunities.
- Occasionally install or disconnect customer telecommunication services, collect payments, and handle equipment.
- Work non‑traditional hours to maximize customer contact opportunities.
- Maintain ethical standards, adhere to company policy, and represent the company professionally.
Target annual compensation can reach up to $107,371 for high performers, with a base rate of at least $36,800 and a target commission of $3,113 per month. A two‑month ramp period adjusts commission earnings.

Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Ability to obtain state and municipal certifications/licenses required to sell Home Security.
- Proficient with a smartphone, iPad, and computer.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physical ability to walk 1½ miles a day and gain/stair up and down in the territory.
- Ability to carry an iPad with a case and a light bag with marketing materials for 5+ hours each day.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish.
- BS/BA degree.
- Knowledge of local market with established contacts.
- 1+ year of outside/field sales, door‑to‑door, or related experience with quota requirements.
- Experience in residential direct sales, home security, or telecommunications.
