Rhino-Back Roofing is growing fast and looking for an experienced, residential roofing service technician who knows how to diagnose, and fix leaks the right way. This is not production roofing—this is detail work, problem-solving, and craftsmanship.
We keep you busy year-round (no winter layoffs), and we back you with the tools, support, and respect you deserve.
What You’ll Do:Tracking down and repairing roof leaks (the tough ones, not just obvious fixes)
Replacing pipe boots, vents, and problem areas correctly—not patching
Chimney flashing (lead & copper work)
Gutter protection installs
Rake, fascia, and edge repairs
5+ years of residential roofing experience
Strong leak diagnosis skills (this is a must)
Ability to work independently and make smart repair decisions
Valid driver’s license
Steady, year-round work (no seasonal layoffs)
Company truck + gas card
