Install, maintain, alter, and repair electric wires and cables, power appliances, machinery, program bell systems, overhead circuits, underground conduits, and flood lighting.

Install and maintain fire alarms, security systems, electrical power motors, and generators.

Maintain communication and signaling systems. Perform related work as required.

Perform plumbing work, install and repair sinks, toilets, pipes, faucets, and sprinklers.

Perform work on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in the school building.

Repair and maintain hot water and steam boiler systems throughout the school buildings.

Perform pneumatic work. Install pneumatic systems, thermostats, and heating units. Repair and maintain air compressors.

Perform general carpentry work.

Operate all snow removal equipment and remove snow from parking lots throughout the school system.

Perform basic landscaping skills: mowing grass, planting bushes, trimming trees, and field marking.

Perform painting.

Install, maintain, and repair all windows.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Maintain repair records and work schedules.
