Service Technician Apprentice

The General Laborer supports daily field operations by assisting crews with a variety of construction, renovation, warehouse, and service-related tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the trades. No pool industry experience is required—we're willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.

• Assist crews with construction, renovation, maintenance, and installation projects.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, equipment, and tools.
• Prepare job sites before work begins and clean up upon completion.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Dig, lift, carry, and move materials as directed by supervisors.
• Assist with demolition and removal of old materials.
• Help maintain vehicles, equipment, and warehouse organization.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous construction, landscaping, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
• Ability to learn quickly and take direction.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work on uneven terrain.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
