• Install, maintain, alter, and repair electric wires and cables, power appliances, machinery, program bell systems, overhead circuits, underground conduits, and flood lighting.
• Install and maintain fire alarms, security systems, electrical power motors, and generators.
• Maintain communication and signaling systems.
• Perform plumbing work: install and repair sinks, toilets, pipes, faucets, and sprinklers.
• Work on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in the school building.
• Repair and maintain hot water and steam boiler systems throughout the school buildings.
• Perform pneumatic work: install pneumatic systems, thermostats, heating units; repair and maintain air compressors.
• Perform general carpentry work.
• Operate all snow removal equipment and remove snow from parking lots throughout the school system.
• Perform basic landscaping tasks: mowing grass, planting bushes, trimming trees, and field marking.
• Perform painting.
• Install, maintain, and repair all windows.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain repair records and work schedules.
