• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons on hair, skin, and nail care techniques.
• Provide hands‑on training and mentorship to students in a supportive environment.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to ensure curriculum relevance.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to develop innovative teaching strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and demonstrations to showcase advanced skills.
• Maintain a positive and motivating classroom atmosphere.
• Support students in preparing for their state licensing exams.

• Valid EDUCATOR and cosmetology license in New Jersey.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the beauty industry.
• Previous teaching or training experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education and helping others succeed.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles.
• Proficient in using technology for teaching and presentations.
• Enthusiastic and positive demeanor with a commitment to excellence.
