Position Overview
As a Regional Banker/Teller within PNC's Central Jersey retail organization at the Randolph, New Jersey Route 10 location, you will manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve a customer's financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Bilingual Spanish preferred. This in‑office role focuses on proactive sales, service, and relationship‑building with customers through teller interactions, outbound calling, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.

- Participate in proactive sales and service activities, and identify referral opportunities.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow and retain customer relationships.
- Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
- Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions.
- Leverage ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
- Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to mitigate and solve customer problems effectively.
- Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience).
- 1+ years of related experience in a banking or customer‑service environment.
- Knowledge of banking products, digital tools, and customer‑experience best practices.
- Skills:
Accountability, Customer Focus, Proactive Sales, Problem Solving, Managing Multiple Priorities, Effective Communication, and Leveraging Technology. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced retail banking environment.
Base salary: $40,500.00 – $67,500.00 (may vary by location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education). This role is incentive eligible with pay based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
