We are currently looking to hire a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team in support of our Adult Day and Residential programs. This position works collaboratively with our clinical, administrative, and program staff to provide a positive environment for our participants to thrive and enjoy adult life.

Our BCBA
’s provide clinical leadership for Eden’s adult participants, ensuring compliance with state agency regulations and fidelity to Eden best practice standards through training and mentoring of the Adult Services program staff.

This position includes minimal travel between Day and Residential program sites, and offers some flexibility in scheduling visits.

Starting salary range is $73,000-$85,000+ and is commensurate with experience. Must possess (or be willing to obtain) a license to practice behavior analysis in the state of New Jersey.
