Overview
Trinity is seeking a Principal in Analytics to lead client engagement and drive AI‑enabled analytics solutions across life sciences. The role blends client leadership, analytics execution, and application of advanced AI (including GenAI and LLMs) for commercial use cases.
The Principal is accountable for commercial growth, delivery excellence, and talent development while scaling Trinity’s AI‑enabled analytics capabilities.
Responsibilities- Lead client development activities, including building relationships with CxO, SVP, and VP stakeholders; oversee presentations; field RFPs; develop proposals for analytics and AI‑ML solutions; drive revenue growth.
- Drive project leadership by setting strategic direction, ensuring quality deliverables, translating business questions into analytics and AI approaches across forecasting, sales analytics, omnichannel measurement, and data science.
- Provide company‑wide thought leadership, support senior management, manage budgets and pricing, oversee talent development, and champion internal and external initiatives to enhance the Analytics organization.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree a plus) with strong academic achievement; major in health sciences, marketing, or digital communications preferred. - Work Experience:
10+ years as a top performer within a top‑tier biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical strategy consulting firm or with advanced analytics, omnichannel measurement, marketing analytics, or technology‑enabled solutions in pharma and biotech. - Skills:
Working knowledge of advanced consulting methodologies and tools; focus on leveraging AI, LLMs, and real‑world data for patient finding, HCP segmentation, marketing mix modeling, and performance analytics; excellent analytical, numeric, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Base salary minimum of $200,000 with a wide range based on experience and market factors; annual discretionary performance bonus.
