- Capture and track inspection questions, requests, observations, and responses.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and follow-up actions related to audits and inspections.
- Document audit findings and support corrective action tracking.
- Assist with inspection preparation, training updates, and readiness processes.
- Support Quality systems documentation, project timelines, and KPI tracking.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, management presentations, and status reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline required.
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical experience with knowledge of GCP, Pharmacovigilance, and Quality standards.
- Strong documentation skills with high typing speed (50–80 WPM) and accuracy.
- Experience with audit/inspection tools and reporting systems.
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related reporting tools.
