The Role (Your Day-to-Day)You’re the face of our sales experience. Every day, you’ll meet with homeowners, understand their needs, and guide them to the best HVAC solutions. You’re not just selling—you’re educating, advising, and building trust. Your role keeps revenue growing, customers informed, and projects moving forward.
- Travel to scheduled leads and convert opportunities into sales
- Educate customers on installation options and services
- Follow a structured sales process to present and close deals
- Prospect and generate new opportunities within your territory
- Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Running in-home sales appointments and closing installation jobs
- Understanding customer needs and recommending solutions
- Negotiating and finalizing sales contracts
- Managing your pipeline and follow-ups
- Prospecting for new business opportunities
- Maintaining accurate sales records and reporting
- Representing the company with professionalism and integrity
- Supporting overall team revenue goals
- 3+ years of sales experience (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in-home and phone presence
- Competitive mindset with a drive to win
- Self-starter who takes initiative
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Ability to connect quickly and build trust with customers
- Reliable, consistent, and accountable
- HVAC sales experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- $65,000 – $160,000/year (based on performance)
- High earning potential with commission opportunities
- Full-time, stable position
- Ongoing training and development (no HVAC experience required—we train you)
- Growth opportunities within a growing organization
- Primarily field-based (outside sales role)
- Travel to customer homes within assigned territory

- Requires valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
