Water Mitigation Technician – We are looking for a passionate individual who enjoys helping people and making a difference each day. Your role will involve addressing fire and water damage situations for our clients.

• Demolition of affected commercial and residential properties
• Installation of drying equipment
• Application of chemical products in response to water loss
• Water extraction
• Availability during nights and weekends as the position requires on-call emergency response

• Valid driver’s license, own reliable transportation, clean driving record
• Ability to work in the USA
• Fluent in reading and speaking English
• Water restoration and demolition experience preferred (IICRC certifications preferred)
• Mechanically inclined
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (crawls, attics)
• Ability to sit, stand, walk for prolonged periods
• Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying objects
• Work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
• Must be available nights and weekends for emergencies
• Successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Type:
Full-time | Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour |

Monday to Friday, on‑call, overtime, weekends | Holidays | Paid time off | Accrued vacation time | Full‑time position | Required education:
