This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems for homeowners who need it done right.

You’re in the field diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems for homeowners who need it done right.

You’ll

• Assess issues, identify root causes, and make lasting repairs
• Use proper tools and testing equipment—no guesswork
• Clearly explain problems and solutions to customers
• Price jobs using flat-rate systems and complete work professionally

You’ll run a mix of maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
—documenting everything and staying aligned with dispatch and your team.

This is real field work: indoors/outdoors, all seasons, physical and hands-on.

Bottom line: Fix the problem, earn trust, and leave it better than you found it.

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems to code
• Diagnose issues using tools and testing equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and system checks
• Read blueprints and system specs
• Document work, materials, and time accurately
• Communicate with dispatch, team, and customers
• Manage service calls and workflow efficiently
• Follow all safety protocols

• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma (trade school preferred/required per state)
• 2–3+ years field experience (preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Familiar with HVAC codes and technical diagrams
• Physically able to lift 75 lbs and work in all conditions
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• $18 - $25 per hour (based on experience)
