Our client, an innovative technology company, is seeking a Staff Accountant to join its growing finance team. This is a hands-on opportunity to own day-to-day accounting operations while working closely with the Accounting Manager and CFO in a collaborative, high-growth environment.

• Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain employee payroll records.
• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including customer invoicing, cash applications, and vendor payments.
• Oversee collections and proactively manage aging receivables.
• Reconcile bank accounts, general ledger accounts, intercompany transactions, and credit card activity.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and support the month-end close process.
• Assist with project accounting, purchase order tracking, and revenue recognition support.
• Provide documentation for audits, tax filings, and other compliance requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle AP, AR, payroll, and collections.
• Proficiency with Quick Books and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Desire to grow into a Senior Accountant role.
