Position: Warm-Impact Front Desk Receptionist

• Being the warm, welcoming first voice that people hear, both on the phone and when they walk into our office
• Managing a busy multi-phone system and direct calls appropriately
• Obtaining the base information to allow for initial conflict checks and to inform our Intake Team of an incoming call from a potential new client
• Greet all people with professionalism, empathy, and positivity
• Keeping our office environment organized, efficient, calm, and clean
• Handling income and outgoing mail, and deliveries in accordance with our internal procedures
• Supporting attorneys and staff with administrative tasks when needed
• Accepting payments over the phone or in person
• Explaining answers to frequently asked questions
• Setting up the conference room for any client-focused meeting
• Reviewing retainer balances and assisting with refresh requests
• Taking initiative to solve problems, improve systems, and make things better
• Assisting with invoicing responsibilities
• Calendaring important events and setting up alerts and reminders
• Recording information and overseeing our CRM accuracy

Qualifications:

You're a Fit if You:
• Have experience doing front office or engaging in customer service excellence (legal industry knowledge is a plus, but not required)
• Are an exceptional communicator (friendly, clear, calm, and confident)
• Can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball (or your smile)
• Take initiative, stay organized, and always follow through
• Believe no job is beneath you, and every job is worth doing well
• Love helping others and making people feel cared for
• Are obsessed with details, punctuality, and getting it right the first time
• Can take what you learn in one situation and apply the same logic to another Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly
