USTA New England is seeking a part-time Project Coordinator to help coordinate, scale, and optimize our Rewards pilot loyalty program within the tennis industry. This role blends project management with marketing, focusing on mapping and improving user journeys to drive engagement and adoption.
The position is hybrid, up to 20 hours per week, reporting to the Executive Director & CEO, with in-person attendance once weekly and occasional events.
