Position Summary

The Client Success Manager is responsible for managing key strategic partnerships and owning asset management responsibilities across the company’s convenience‑store‑led Retail Media Network (RMN). This role supports the discovery, development, launch, and optimization of in‑store and omnichannel retail media products while translating partner capabilities into scalable, advertiser‑ready solutions. This individual will own and grow relationships with brand and agency partners advertising across our retail media network.

In this role, you’ll act as a strategic advisor—helping clients drive performance, maximize ROI, and unlock long‑term value from our media solutions. You’ll sit at the intersection of sales, analytics, IT, merchandising, accounting and products, ensuring campaigns deliver results and clients feel supported every step of the way. This is a hands‑on, individual contributor role that bridges partnerships, product strategy, and execution to drive revenue growth, product adoption, and measurable in‑store outcomes for advertisers.

Responsibilities

Partnerships Management
  • Manage day‑to‑day relationships with strategic partners, including in‑store media, data, identity, and measurement providers
  • Support partner onboarding, integration coordination, and operational readiness
  • Assist with contract management, renewals, performance tracking, and SLA oversight
  • Conduct regular partner performance reviews and identify optimization opportunities
  • Serve as the primary post‑sale point of contact for assigned retail media clients
  • Own client onboarding, campaign setup, optimization, and ongoing performance management
  • Partner with Sales to drive renewals, upsells, and long‑term account growth
Product Management & Product Development
  • Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for assigned RMN products
  • Define product vision, objectives, and success metrics
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps
  • Gather and document business and technical requirements
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver scalable solutions
  • Translate partner capabilities into sellable products
  • Support product documentation, pricing, packaging, and launches
  • Collect and synthesize internal, partner, and advertiser feedback
Go‑To‑Market & Sales Support
  • Support product launches and go‑to‑market planning
  • Assist pre‑sale strategy and solution positioning
  • Develop sales enablement materials
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for RMN products
Measurement, Performance & Optimization
  • Define and monitor KPIs
  • Support closed‑loop measurement and reporting
  • Analyze performance data to drive optimization
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Compliance
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, IT, Legal, and Operations teams
  • Ensure solutions scale across the store footprint
  • Support data privacy, consent, and governance requirements
