• Organize client requests and project documents
• Maintain user database to ensure project accuracy
• Act as a liaison for project needs and provide guidance for the client
• Direct client calls and requests to the appropriate department
• Schedule and input bottle orders based on client sampling needs
• Assist in developing project objectives, logistics, and other requirements
• Interpret and apply department policies, taking into account applicable laws and regulations
• Contribute to the overall department efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity
• Work collaboratively across departments and adapt to a wide range of responsibilities as business needs evolve

• Associates degree or higher is preferred but not mandatory
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Demonstrated self‑management progression
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and basic data entry skills

• Energetic and positive outlook
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong client and relationship management
• Capability to work constructively under pressure
