Construction Manager (CM)

We are looking for a Construction Manager (CM) on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment (W-2). You will oversee the safe, successful execution of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and associated Substation construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning and turnover. The CM serves as the owner's onsite representative. You will report to the onsite manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure contractors implement work observing contract documents, engineering requirements, company standards, safety expectations, budget, schedule, and quality goals.
• The Construction Manager leads field execution while coordinating Engineering, Development, Supply Chain, Environmental, Commissioning, and external team members throughout the project construction lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 8+ years of experience

The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $58.00/hr. to $63.00/hr.
