We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring all interactions are handled professionally.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Manage data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy in client records.
  • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback or resolve issues.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance client experiences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment conducive to productivity.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Proficient in computer systems and software applications relevant to customer service operations.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.
  • Experience in client services or customer support roles is preferred.
  • Ability to perform data entry tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
