Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in outpatient Primary Care, unless otherwise completed a formal residency or transition to practice program
- Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Active DEA License
