• Required:
  
  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle or method for attending trainings or other meetings as required at locations throughout the state.
• Preferred:
  Current Massachusetts secondary‑level teacher licensure (8‑12; 5‑12) in any content area.
• Successful teaching experience with adolescents placed at‑risk.

• Minimum workday: 6 hours per day; exact start and end times depend on the program.
• Optional: you may elect an additional two hours per week for planning/prep (on‑site or off‑site).

• Licensed teachers: $44.10 per hour.
• Non‑licensed summer‑only staff: $37.00 per hour. (Teaching license is preferred, but not required for all positions.)
