Compensation:
$8-11hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
•
Education:
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
(Master's preferred)
•
Experience:
11+ years in software or quality engineering with deep expertise in
automated and integration testing for distributed systems
• Proven success leading quality efforts within Agile/Scrum squads
• Demonstrated experience working within a regulated QMS (e.g., ISO 13485,
FDA 21 CFR Part 820) and maintaining verification & validation documentation
• Expert knowledge of CI/CD, version control, and Dev Ops tooling
• Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
• Hands-on practice in TDD and BDD
• Demonstrated ability to define and present quality metrics to leadership
