Job Summary
Project Manager in the Project Execution Office (PEO) at Olympus, located in Massachusetts, Westborough. Hybrid work environment. Responsible for independently planning and executing medium‑complexity product development and technology development projects across the full lifecycle, from requirements analysis to launch.
Job Duties- Plan and synchronize all project deliverables, prioritizing Core Team activities.
- Drive the team in developing a business case, managing the overall program schedule, resource requirements, risk assessment, and project investment analysis and budget.
- Ensure all project deliverables and efforts meet internal and external customer requirements and objectives.
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of cross‑functional project experience, with a demonstrated track record in product development project management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a regulated industry, preferably in R&D or engineering.
- Experience with applicable FDA/PMDA guidance, ISO 13485 regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills enabling facilitation and presentation of project related information.
- Expert competency in personal time and task management, ability to work independently.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree, preferably in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or Business.
- Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including, but not limited to:
- Project and Portfolio management tools

- Working within and leading the Core Team Model

The anticipated base pay range for this full‑time position in this location is $-$ per year, plus potential for annual bonus (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
