  • Partner with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting of tax-related balances and transactions.
  • Support tax forecasting and effective tax rate analyses.
  • Assist with tax accounting implications of business initiatives, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
  • Participate in month-end and quarter-end close activities related to income taxes.

  • Support domestic and international tax projects as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and enhanced reporting efficiencies.
  • Conduct tax research and prepare technical documentation to support tax positions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of corporate tax experience, preferably within a public accounting firm and/or large corporate tax environment.
  • Strong experience with income tax accounting and ASC 740 tax provisions.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. corporate taxation and financial reporting requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ownership of deliverables.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and interact effectively with various levels of management.
Preferred
  • Big Four public accounting experience.
  • CPA or CPA-track candidate.
  • Experience supporting publicly traded companies.
  • Exposure to tax forecasting, tax planning, consolidation processes, or international tax matters.
  • Experience working within a large corporate tax department.
Why Consider This Opportunity?
