- Support and manage client relationships in partnership with senior advisors
- Cultivate new business through networking, prospecting, and referral networks
- Conduct client meetings and develop personalized financial strategies
- Stay current with market trends and proactively recommend solutions
- Deliver holistic guidance in areas including investments, retirement, estate, tax, and insurance planning
- Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management or financial planning
- Proven ability to develop business and expand client networks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Series 7 and 63 (or 65 and 66) required
- Clean U-4 record
- Life/Health/Variable Annuity licenses preferred
- CFP® designation strongly preferred or willingness to obtain within a designated timeframe
