With outpatient clinics located in Westborough and Shrewsbury, MA, SYFS is committed to supporting the mental wellness of individuals and families. This is a full-time, on-site role for an MA-Level Clinician based in Westborough, MA. The Clinician will deliver individual, group, and family therapy services to clients of varying ages. Additional responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with colleagues and community partners to support client care. This position requires strong documentation skills and adherence to ethical and professional standards.

• Strong clinical skills in assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy
• Ability to create and implement treatment plans tailored to client-specific needs
• Proficiency in documentation and maintaining compliance with ethical and professional standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, families, and community partners
• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related discipline is required
• Licensure in Massachusetts (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LICSW) or eligibility for licensure is required
• Familiarity with diverse populations and trauma-informed care is a plus
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally sensitive practices
