$25 - $31/hr

DAY TO DAY
  • Set up and execute complex software and electro‑mechanical tests, ensuring all experiments run according to protocol.
  • Perform routine maintenance and precision repairs on specialized test equipment and custom fixtures.
  • Collect raw data during cycles and contribute to the creation of comprehensive test reports for engineering stakeholders.
  • Collaborate directly with design and test engineers to assist in the assembly and modification of early‑stage prototype builds.
  • Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical or process‑related failures within the testing environment.
  • Work alongside internal teams to provide real‑time feedback on system performance to improve quality through every phase of data collection.
MUST HAVES
  • Associate degree (or equivalent experience) with 2‑4 years of industry experience in software and electro‑mechanical testing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience, specifically as a Hardware Technician.
  • Strong electro‑mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand complex physical systems.
  • Proven familiarity with a wide array of hand tools and precision measurement devices (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, calipers).
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and standard office software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
PLUSSES
  • Hands‑on experience with Linux environments and basic Python scripting for test automation.
  • Previous experience working within a technical environment or similar high‑scale hardware labs.
  • Prior exposure to high‑level functional and environmental testing (e.g., thermal, vibration, or humidity chambers).
