Spa Manager

Release Well-Being Center is a holistic wellness center and state-of-the-art spa, offering a wide range of services including therapeutic massage, rejuvenating skincare, hot, cold, salt, and light therapies, yoga and fitness classes, and personalized wellness coaching. The center also provides corporate wellness programs designed to promote employee health and workplace engagement. Our flagship location in Westborough, MA features a Himalayan salt room, a spa tub, yoga, fitness, and meditation classes.

This is a full-time, on-site Spa Manager role located at our Westborough, MA location. The Spa Manager will oversee daily spa operations, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and managing guest services and spa staff. Responsibilities include supervising spa leads, maintaining high standards of customer service, hiring and training, monitoring inventory and budgeting, coordinating schedules, and promoting the spa's offers to drive business growth.

• Proven experience in Spa Management and leadership within a wellness or spa setting
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an elevated client experience
• Proficiency in Budgeting and managing financial aspects of spa operations
• Knowledge and experience in Skin Care services and treatments
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team in a customer-facing role
• Certification or education in spa management, wellness, or related fields is a plus
