Assembler 2nd Shift

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in complex electro-mechanical equipment, is seeking a Assembler to join their team. As a Assembler, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to the assembly of robotic components and supporting warehouse material handling. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Title: Assembler 2nd Shift

Location: Westborough, MA

Pay Range: $18.41

Shift: 3:30pm to 11:45

What's the Job?

• Support the production of complex electro-mechanical equipment by assembling components according to instructions and blueprints.
• Handle warehouse materials, including moving, staging, and delivering parts to workstations.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and carts.
• Assist with inventory management, including labeling, organization, and documentation.
• Perform quality inspections and document actions accurately in production systems.

What's Needed?

• Ability to stand for 7+ hours per shift and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.
• Proficiency in using handheld scanners and basic computer skills.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
